We source all our sweets from local suppliers in the UK. All the ingredients and allergy information on our website is taken directly from the manufacturers' information. This includes whether sweets are halal or suitable for vegetarians.

All our products have their list of ingredients clearly displayed under the ingredients tab on our website. Allergens are indicated in bold. We aim to ensure that all information on our website is up-to-date but sometimes manufacturers change recipes or specific ingredients and we would encourage you to read the information carefully before making a purchase. If you are still unsure, you can always Contact Us and we will do our best to help. 

All our hampers come with a fuschia ribbon however if you wish to choose a different colour, you may do so from the available list on the hamper details page. Ribbons are available in royal blue, emerald green, fuchsia, dark red,  silver and gold.

If you do not choose a different colour, your hamper will be wrapped in fuchsia ribbon.

We have created collections with some of the most popular items but if you don't see what you want, then please get in touch with us and we will try our best to accommodate your request. The quickest way to get a response from us is to use our 'Contact Us' form or email us at usmaashampersandgifts@outlook.com. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

Small hamper tray: Height: 9cm Width: 25cm Front to Back: 19cm

Medium hamper tray: Height: 10cm Width: 39cm Front to Back: 25cm

Wicker Hamper: Height: 10cm Width: 30cm Front to Back: 18cm

We only stock products which are halal-friendly or suitable for vegetarians. Most of our sweets are suitable for vegetarians and each product is clearly labelled as such on the website. 

If you want something specific that is 'suitable for vegetarians' then please get in touch using our 'Contact Us' page and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Unfortunately, we do not stock sugar free sweet hampers at present.

Absolutely. All our hampers come with a free gift tag. We normally leave these blank but if you are sending this as a gift to someone we will be happy to write who the gift is from along with a 2 or 3 word message - please note that the information to be written on the tag is limited to 30 characters.

If you would prefer to send a longer more personalised message, do take a look at our lovely selection of greeting cards and choose one to complement your gift. Leave your message in the box provided and we will happily write it in on your behalf and send it with the gift. We think it makes sense to send a card and gift together so the recipient feels even more loved. 

We do not include any invoice or personal information with any of our deliveries. All communication about your order is via the supplied email address and mobile number you provided at order creation.

We are working on it and hope to be able to deliver internationally very soon. Currently, we deliver all over the United Kingdom. If you wish to send a gift abroad, please get in touch using our 'Contact Us' page and we will see what we can do.

Yes, we do offer free delivery on all items if you are within the WD postcode area (Rickmansworth, Kings Langley, Abbots Langley, Borehamwood, Radlett, Bushe, Watford). We would recommend that you Contact Us before placing your order and we can arrange a mutually convenient date/time for free delivery or pick-up.

We may be able to offer free delivery for other nearby postcode areas to Watford; we recommend you get in touch to check.
